How do you handle a sweet tooth? I do love my sweets, and there are always so many temptations at this time of year. Advice for someone with a sweet tooth?
I know, it's tempting to eat everything in sight during the holidays. Fortunately I get full fairly quickly so it's not a problem for me. Some days I do go on a sugar binge though, unfortunately.
