Different parenting styles

I am curious if you have the same parenting style as your wife does. If not, how would you deal with it and create no issues in the process?

Somewhat, we both tend to have different delivery routes towards the overall goal we are trying to accomplish but sometimes we will bicker about it. In the end it all works out okay though.

I and my wife have different parenting styles. She is a serious mom while I am more a fun dad, but we complement each other. I hope we are not making our kids seriously funny.

We agree on the main concepts, but we have different styles on how we enforce them. I think this is mainly because I am around the kids so much more than she is.
