Garbanzo bean tip

If you're trying to get more iron into your kids diets I have discovered (thanks to my wife) that garbanzo beans are an excellent source. My one year old had them for the first time last night and she loved them. My wife gave me the project of peeling them first so the skin wouldn't be a choking hazard, but it wasn't that much work - took me about 10 minutes to peel a whole can of them. Turned out to be a great, healthy little finger food.
