I have a father friend and since I am still new to this maybe I am off. I know someone who is the sole parent for his child, does he still need his exes permission to move out of the country? Is there a law against this?
He could move out of the country, but he might not be able to take his child with him. He would have to go to court and set up special visitations. She could refuse to send her child out of the country.
Yup, he's pretty much stuck. You would have to get her permission to take the child out of the country or prepare to ship your child in and out of the country to meet the terms of your custody agreement.
