Installing a car seat

We are going to go buy a car seat this week. I keep reading that 70% of car seats are installed incorrectly. Is there anywhere I can go to learn how to install my car seat or make sure it is done right?

You could call your local health department. Sometimes they have programs or specialists who can check that out or teach you how to do it.

I don't know if it is like this there, but here you can go to the fire station and have them check it for you. Our firemen are trained on how to install car seats so people have someone to go to learn how to install them.
