Itching to plant

The weather has turned so drastically, that it is actually warm enough to plant. However, our temps usually aren't warm enough until late May, so no one has any vegetable plants in stock yet to buy. If I had better luck with seeds, I would probably just do that.

If you did have plants you could cut the bottom out of a 2 liter bottle or a milk jug and use that as a small green house if it got too cold.

All of our greenhouses have plants but I'm not buying them yet. I usually wait until Mother's Day weekend to buy mine. Next Saturday me and the kids will go and get flowers for my wife and get all the veggie plants too.

I have a feeling we still have a couple of frosts for Mr. Winter to get out of his system. We have had the field ploughed, but we're letting it rest for a bit to get rid of a lot of the weed seeds.
