Joint problems.

Any tips on regaining some joint flexibility? When I wake up in the morning I have to do about ten minutes of stretches to be able to move my shoulders, I over trained in my younger days.

Have you tried going to a chiropractor? I have been going to one for the past year and it has made a huge difference in my body. I feel better than ever now!

You should also check for some joint rejuvenating supplements, some of my friends say it has done wonders for them. Also try focusing on not getting worse by doing warm ups before exercising.
