Children comes home from the playground with every kind of dirt in their clothes. How do you remove all sorts of stains and caked dirt from their clothes?

I guess it's your turn to do the laundry. My wife taught me how to do that. You should ask the women how these things are done or find help online...

We keep stain treater like shout around all the time. As soon as they get the clothes off go ahead and spray them and most everything will come out.

Depends what it is. If it is white I hand wash the stains with bleach then put them in with the whites. If it is not white then I use Oxyclean on the stains and then wash them.
