That is good for you. I have also stopped drinking soda and I am very proud of it. Water or juice like suggested above is a healthier alternative to it.That's it! No more soda for me. I drink too much of it and I'm convinced that it's going to rot my teeth eventually. Now I need to find something else to replace soda with. I guess I'll be drinking a lot more water.
We water down the juice. The wife also reads the labels. I forget the one, but it she will not buy it due to the amount of sugar in it.Be careful with juice, not all juice on the market is good juice to start with. Some are even known to be sweeter than the soda. We have cut down our soda intake quite a bit but its not completely cut out, its just very low.
