Orange Juice

My wife bought one of those electric juicers from Amazon recently and we've been juicing fruits and vegetables in an effort to eat healthier. Of everything we've juiced so far, my favorite is orange juice. It tastes so much better than store bought! I just wish naval oranges didn't cost so much.

How is it? We have thought about getting one for a while now but there are so many it is kind of hard to choose from them. How did you end up with the one you got? I know price is somewhat of a factor but what else should we look for?

My wife did some research online and found an independent website with a lot of tips. Apparently a "quality" juicer will have at least a 450 watt motor, so basically we looked for a juicer with at least that much power that was also in our price range. We ended up buying a Hamilton Beach model with an 800 watt motor, simply because it was the most powerful juicer we could find in our price range. Once everything was said and done, it cost us about $45.
