Where do you guys go when you're doing family pictures? We've been going to Sears for the past few years and they've been okay, but not great. My wife is looking into independent professional photographers for the pictures this year. Can't wait to see what that's going to cost

Err... Family pictures? We have a digital camera (which has rather good specification) and we take all our pictures at home. My sister is an amateur photographer and she likes to take fancy photos of her baby and my children...

We have a friend take our pictures and then we crop them on the computer. It's so much cheaper and they pics turn out amazing. I'm trying to talk the wife into doing this for school pics too!

We used to go to Olan Mills but I don't know if it's in existence anymore. I think JC Penney's offers photo service now. We used to go to Sears too but have cut professional pictures out of the budget.
