Quick & Easy recipes

I'll be the first to admit it, I am definitely NOT a cook! However, I am looking for any recipes you other dads might have that are quick and easy to complete. Anyone have any good suggestions?

I have to do it, good thing the wife is not here, but check out Alton Brown. The wife thinks I worship him, but his food is great and although a bit corky in his delivery of information, I understand why some things work and others do not.

The next best for quick items would be Racheal Ray I think. Her 30 minute meals are pretty good.
