What shows are your kids not allowed to watch?

I'd say at the top of the list for my kids is Gossip Girl. I've seen it on and it's not all that bad, I just think the characters aren't great influences so we skip that.

As much as I don't like my children watching stuff on nickelodeon and the Disney Channel, I certainly would let them watch that instead of the hundreds of reality shows on TV right now. I think watching real people and their failings is not something I think is good for kids. I wish there were more inspiring shows on the air.

Well, I think Dancing with the Stars? I think it is too sexy for kids. I don't even watch the show (not because it's too sexy for me LOL). Some cartoons like The Simpsons are not suitable for kids either.

Other shows the kids can't watch - Maury, Jerry Springer, Steve Wilkos. They're trash, though I'll indulge in them occasionally on a day home from work. I can't really even explain why! And that Extreme Couponing show. The people on that show are just jerks.
