My child support is up to date, but my spousal support isn't. I am taking her back to court next year to try to get rid of it all together, but in the meantime I keep falling behind because to keep up with it I would have to give her more than half of my check. It's impossible. Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone here has had any luck eliminating spousal support arrears. It is such a ludicrous amount and I am hoping the court will see that.
