Taking Supplements?

Are you taking some supplements, either to beat your illness or to improve your health. I'm taking Glucosamine/Chondroitine/MSM complex for ligaments and bones and I can feel the improvements.

I'm taking my vitamins and minerals now and then but nothing too dedicated or serious. I don't think it is a good idea to be stuffed with these. I strive to take them in naturally as much as I can and whenever I can.

I'm taking some herbal supplements for fat burning when I work out but in general I'm not taking anything because I also want to avoid these things as much as I can.

Usually I'll take Gingko Biloba and Green tea extract when I need focus for studying or doing something that requires hard concentration. Other than that I'm not much of a supplement taker.
