Since I became the stay at home parent, I have really gotten into talk radio and politics in the last couple of years. I find I can learn a lot while I'm doing what I need to at home. Any other news junkies out there?
My job involves lots of commuting around the region, so I have the radio on a lot. I can only take so much talk radio though. I like to switch it up with music and sports too.
Some of the talk radio shows that I have caught seen to be a little too loud and frumpy for me. It is almost like a screaming match and I would rather avoid that if I could.
