Two out of three ain't bad!

I was making omelets this morning and to my credit I made two perfect omelets. I forgot about the third and it burned up. Still, two out of three ain't bad!

I'm good for forgetting too. I burned a big pot of rice the other night because I was sitting outside talking to a friend and drinking a beer. Oops, lol.

That's not bad at all. You wouldn't want to know how many omelets I have burned up. I am glad that some of them were still edible, at least for me LOL.
