My father in law is extremely fit and while we do not see eye to eye on everything, health is something important to the both of us. I am pretty sure he could take me in a fight too even though I am a little more than 1/2 his age.
For me it's my wife too, she exercises everyday. I exercise too but I eat way less healthy than she does. We both try to be healthy and have our kids healthy too. My wife is the one that pushes us to be healthier.
It seems that generally the wife is healthier than the husband. It happens to my family also. She concerns about her health and our health more than we (I and the kids) do.
