What is in your favorite chili recipe? We use ground beef and chili beans, but I know a lot of people use other cuts of beef. We are having chili and cornbread for dinner tonight. Yum!
I use chunks of meat instead of ground beef, and I use beans. I base mine off of alton brown, but add some more kick to it. A few ghost peppers tends to take care of the heat.
