Too little potassium can lead to irregular heart. The average banana contains around 500 milligrams of potassium, which helps to lower the blood pressure and balance of fluids in the body.
A study conducted by British and Italian researchers have found that eating three bananas one for breakfast, one for lunch and one the evening can reduce the blood clot on the brain.
