I was thinking about making my own apple cider this fall, but I don't know what the process is to make cider and not just juice. Does anyone know what makes cider taste like cider?
I live near a farm that makes cider...they press the apples and as the juice runs out bits of pulp mix in and isn't filtered out...I think that is what makes the difference with cider and juice....cider is thicker and not clear. Good luck!
