Best comfort food

What is your favorite comfort food. Recently, with all the stress I have been under, I discovered mine is a big ice cream Sunday with caramel and chocolate sauce and whip cream. What is yours?

It could be anything but most times for me it will flip flop with whatever my stress issue is. The other day I almost felt like I wanted to go ahead and over eat but then I just ordered the salad bar instead, and honestly afterwards I still felt totally fine.

Barbecue ribs or chicken are my favorite. If I'm feeling down, there is nothing like a rack of ribs to turn my frown upside down. I prefer it with mashed potatoes if the restaurant has them.
