A friend has high blood pressure and he takes an herb called Hawthorne Berry for it. I don't know if there are any side effects and you should consult your health care provider before taking it. Better yet, you could research it online before you talk to your provider.
You know if you just exercise about 20 minutes a day 4-5 days a week you might come down enough to avoid the meds. Easier said than done I know I just hate taking pills.
