Would you do it? We need a new fridge and brand new some of them cost a few grand, its something we can not spend right now at least that much right now.
If the price was right and I was planning on buying something new as soon as I had the money. I wouldn't spend a lot of money on anything used. I would try to get a warranty if you buy something used.
I would buy used under certain circumstances. If I knew the people I was purchasing from, or if the seller was offering a good warranty, or if the appliance was priced EXTREMELY cheap, then I would definitely consider buying used.
