I'm a father who checks the nutritional values of foods that I buy. I try to refrain from buying foods high in sugar or salt. Do you also do this when you go shopping for your food stocks?
The wife does the shopping, so I could not tell you. I do know we are both trying to loose weight though, and it takes her forever to shop. So I could only imagine she is reading labels, besides prices.
