If the father gets custody and the wife has an income, do the courts require the wife to pay child support? If so, is the father's income considered in the amount she would have to pay or is it based on her income alone?
In my case the court made both of us provide proof of income and bills. Then they had this sheet with a very specific equation to go by. They said it didn't matter who got custody because they use the same sheet for everyone.
