Even though I have no particular health problems I decided to have a general check done. Turns out I have a slightly higher than average cholesterol level, and it may be reduced if I change my diet. Who knew!
I'm of the opinion that cholesterol isn't the evil it's purported to be and some people have naturally higher levels of so called "bad" cholesterol than others. If you are otherwise healthy, I wouldn't change anything.
I dunno, I made one change that has really made me feel better. I have a salad with every dinner I eat now. At first I didn't notice anything but now I think It is helping me eat less of the bad stuff and give me good vitamins.
