My wife and I have different ideas on disciplining our 4 year old son. I have discussed this with her and we know we have to get our act together soon. How did you come to an agreement when both of you have different ideas on discipline?
It's really so important that you figure this one out. If you don't agree then you need to come to a compromise that you can both handle, and then be willing to try other things if it doesn't work out for the kid.
What are the differences between the two of you? Is it about what the child should or should not be doing, or do you just have different parenting styles?
