Favorite Steak

What is your favorite steak? Mine is sirloin and I like it cooked medium. We don't eat steak often, but every time we do, my wife fixes baked potatoes and a salad, It's a great meal!

NY Strip and I like it "well-done". I love it when you go out to a restaurant and they ask you pink or no-pink? Whatever happened to how would you like it cooked? I'm always like - no pink and well done.
