I read something this week talking about how most of the "pills" people sell for fix impotence actually end up destroying muscle in the body for males who take them. Does anyone know where I can find out more about this, a buddy of mine was thinking about trying it.

Well of course there is prescription medication like Viagra, but I'm not sure if those types of medications cause muscle damage. They are FDA approved, and if there were many cases of muscle damage, I think we would be seeing some class action law suits.

What your buddy could try is a natural remedy called Epimedium (another name for it is Horny Goat Weed). Epimedium is an extract from a plant that grows in China and parts of Europe. I have a buddy who has tried this and he said it works really well - almost too well. Tell your buddy to give it a try. It may just do the trick.

This is going to sound weird but a finger in the anus is the best cure for impotence. Your prostate is a major erogenous zone and letting your lady diddle you bunghole will do the trick every time...guaranteed.

I had an ex that ended up going on Viagra after we broke up (of course). I asked him about side effects and he never said anything about muscle damage. As far as I know only steroids has that effect.

I have never used these pills neither will I recommend their use directly. I would urge you to persuade your friend to see a doctor first. Anyway I thought this link might have some information for you:

I wouldn't bother taking any of these pills. I am generally averse to using pills in general. I think nutritional solutions should be explored first, then supplements and pharmaceuticals are the last resort. I believe most men can fix their impotence by improving their diet...
