Got grass?

Anybody have any grass left this year? My entire yard has died except for right around the garden. Nice to not have to worry about cutting the grass, but it looks terrible! We don't have any rain predicted for the next ten days either.

I didn't start off well this year. New yard, lots of yard work. Except for putting seed down, and starting a fertilizing regiment, I haven't done anything. The sprinkler system is still broke and needs to be fixed. So I'm relying on rain, which we are in the rainy season now. I've got a green lawn. But it is 99% weeds. Stuff like crab grass, and other stuff most people do not want. But it looks a lot better then the dirt I had before, and still have in some spots. And if I ever get around to the sprinkler system, I can start working on weed control and getting seeds or plugs to grow.
