How long would you wait before visiting a fertility doctor? Some say that after trying to make a baby for one year you should see a specialist. Is this true?
Most fertility doctora and OB's will recommend that you try for at least one year on your own and sometimes longer if she has recently come off birth control. It took my wife and I about 14 monthsto get pregnant after she came off the pill.
Yeah I would go a year or do whatever the regular doctor told me. Sometimes it's just hard to get pregnant (or so says my wife). A lot of people are just lucky!
