How much more money does a job need to offer for you to relocate? In my case it would have to be a lot, sine me and my wife also work and there wouldn't be much of a reason the move for a job and the for the other one to not find work in the area.
I guess it just really depends. If I want to move and I like the job it wouldn't take much money. If I loved my job and area, it would take a whole lot to make me leave it.
