I love my job but I am not happy with the pay. I want to make more so my wife can go back to part time work and be there for the kids. Still, looking for a new job right now is not appealing to me. Do you think there are jobs to be had?
You might find one, but it could take you months or even years to find something "better". Never hurts to look though, and you won't know what is out there until you do.
