No one to take turns with

I think one of the hardest thing about being a single dad is not having anyone to take turns with. For example, there is no one to get the kids up if you want to sleep longer, or to put them to bed if you are busy. There is no one to take turns dealing with issues and other things like that. It really wears me out.

Agree with you! Am a widower and have 4 kids. Of course, they are older now. The early years were really tough. But, eventually, they grow up! And you are a much stronger person from the experience.
