Out of days off

I am a little stressed out. Due to family emergencies I am out of vacation and sick days for the year. With 3 more months to go and it being cold and flu season I am worried.

I would suggest your whole family get the flu shots. Also you might want to get everyone on lots of vitamins as well. I would talk to your doctor about how to prevent the cold and flu.

Wow, that stinks! You could always take time off without pay right? I mean I know it's not ideal to not get paid a full weeks salary but you could if you had to. Try to keep people healthy at home.
