Outdoor adventures

Both of my kids are still really young (2 and 5 months) so we are looking for outdoor activities suitable to their ages. Any suggestions? This weekend we are going to an animal preserve with a bunch of hiking trails...my 2 year old can't stop talking about it!

I have a baby carrier backpack. Something similar to this Amazon.com: Kelty K.I.D.S. FC 3.0 Frame Child Carrier: Sports & Outdoors But mine is red and came with a cover that I can take on and off so they do not get the sun on them too much. I love that thing as it gets me and the children outdoors.

I also have the carriage that I can pull behind my bike so I can them for bike rides.

I'm in the same boat as you though. I have a 3 year old and a 5 month. The three year old I would take out on my kayak with me, and do other outdoor stuff. 5 months, especially in this heat is harder.
