I was over helping a buddy on the weekend. We did flooring, trim and painting. Before I left home though I had to shovel out our driveway. The combination did me in and for the past couple of days I've been paying the price with a really sore back. Between a couple of pain pills and a medicinal beverage, I'm starting to feel better. Of course my wife had warned me not to overdo it, so now I have to listen to her tell me she told me so. I hate when she's right like that.
