Running a marathon.

I'm currently no where near that level, but I always figured to set my goals high so there is always room for improvement. Do you have a goal when you exercise, or do you just do it like a routine?

I guess it's nice to have big goals, I usually don't think about big goals too much. I try to do better than the previous day and take it one step at a time, it has worked for me so far.

I just want to be able to keep up with the kids and be healthy enough to see them live long lives. Exercising is a great way to keep healthy - both physically and mentally.

Someone I know trains for this during his downtown from work, he owns a company so he can do what he wishes when he wishes pretty much. While he is a hard worker at the company I hear he is an even harder competitor when he races. He gets up every morning, rain or shine, cold or hot and runs an hour before headed off to work.
