So aggravated!

I am hating my job right now. My immediate boss died last year and since then his responsibilities have been forced on me, but I never got the official promotion. I did get a pay raise over the summer, but it's not nearly enough to compensate for the crap I'm going through right now. And to make matters worse, the wife is riding my butt and telling me how I should handle it. I wish everybody would get off my back!!

Being a boss or even being your own boss comes with a price, sometimes its extra work but most times its more stress and insanity. There are some days when I wish I was back in school again to not have to be a grown up all the time.

Salazar, maybe it's time to add this new work to your resume and find a position where you can be happier? Or speak to your manager? Sometimes things which start as crisis reactions just get forgotten about.
