My son is 10 months. His first 2 teeth (bottom front) came in within 2 days of each other. Then this weekend both front teeth came in at the same time. Do they usually come in pairs? It has also been 4 months since the first 2!
My son is 7 months old and doesn't have any teeth yet. My step son only had a couple by his first birthday so I would think only a few would be about normal by 1.
Yes it is normal for them to basically come in pairs, though there may be a couple of weeks between the two. It's not a nice process for any of you, but it won't last that long.
