wet or dry?

I prefer dry rubs. I use a dry rub on my chicken and then use the rotisserie on my grill. I cook it real slow. It's one of my specialties.

I prefer to marinate in a sauce so wet sauce. If I'm just using a rub then I go for the dry rub. This is something that I put on right before I cook though.

I like dry rubs. I might use a marinade once in a blue moon, except on jerky. But for ribs, and most other things it is a dry rub.
