What did you watch to prepare?

I have a friend currently expecting. Are there any tv shows, documentaries, or movies you would recommend to somebody who is about to be a parent? I think he would especially like things that are dad-centric. Most I see are geared toward expecting mothers.

To be honest, I didn't prepare by watching something in particular. In fact, I doubt there are any movies or documentaries about what fathers feel while their wives are expecting. The only thing I can think of is the Arnold Schwarzenegger comedy, Junior, but that's only to get rid of the stress by having a few laughs...
