I've taken some multivitamins last year because of the extra-stress at work, but only for a short period of time. I didn't really feel like they've helped me in any way. I think it's better to focus on a balanced diet than to take supplements.

My children began speaking in sentences at about three years old. I know it can be worrisome for some parents to see that other people's kids begin earlier, but - as it was mentioned above - everyone develops differently.
