I worked for my dad while I was going to college at his uncle's factory. That 4 years was quite long enough to work in the family business. It was definitely long enough to realize factory work wasn't for me.
Any of you are currently working for your father or another family member? I am not really a fan of family business. I am glad my father has no company, so I wouldn't need to work for him.
My father is the founder of an organization and I've enjoyed working as their Director for Communications. It is enjoyable working with the people you know and know your as well. Unlike in a strange company where I have to put up with complete strangers with different expectations on me.Some very unrealistic!
