She's on the hormonal one -- the one that you have to replace every five years. Come to think of it, I don't remember her having all these problems before she had it put in. Maybe she's one of those that doesn't react well to those hormones. She did have some bad breakouts during her pregnancy, too...Is she on the hormonal IUD or the non-hormonal one? Hormones can really change skin, but whether it's good or bad seems dependent on the woman. My wife deals with some adult acne as well and it's always worse right before her period or when she is pregnant.
